Welcome to ARCappella!
We are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit, non-auditioned community choir based in Preston, Victoria. We’re a choir that sings a wide range of music a cappella (voice only) or with accompaniment in at least 3 or even sometimes upto 6-part harmony!
We rehearse weekly on Wednesdays at 7:30pm during school terms in Preston.
Most of our members live in the Cities of Darebin and Banyule, but others travel from further afield. ARCappella performs throughout the year at various concerts, eisteddfods, community events and corporate functions.
We continue to be an accessible adult contemporary vocal group, thanks to our sponsors. A big thanks to one of our major sponsors, the Bendigo Bank East Ivanhoe and Heidlelberg Community Bank branches, that have provided support to ARCappella for over 5 years.
We are very proud to be a supported by the Darebin City Council with a 3-year Partnership Grant as a Key Cultural Organisation
